A little over 20 years ago, at just 40 years old, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. No one wants to hear the words, “you have cancer” and I was no exception. As with many others, my first concern was with the statistics and outcomes. Would I survive this? What would my treatment look like?
But soon after the diagnosis, other questions started to creep up. What caused my cancer? What could I have done differently? I had none of the risk factors, including no family history of breast cancer. Of course, there were no definite answers.
I decided I had to take matters into my own hands by completely changing my outlook. I began exercising regularly, focusing on managing my stress, eating healthier, and in general paid close attention to what I was putting into and on my body. After a five year remission, I would go on to experience a second bout of breast cancer, though I can happily say I’ve been cancer free since undergoing a double mastectomy shortly after that diagnosis.
It wasn’t until five or so years ago that I really started looking into buying natural products – soaps, lotions, and deodorant. I was disappointed with the first natural deodorant products I tried. They didn’t control the odor and didn’t keep my armpits dry. I actually went for quite a while without using any deodorant.
Then, my daughter told me about Each & Every. I was skeptical at first, but wanted to try it. I fell in love with Each & Every right away – it controlled the odor, kept me dry, and the scents are fantastic. Finally – a natural deodorant I can use that actually works.
I was so impressed with Each & Every that I recommended it to my husband. He actually tested the effectiveness by using Each & Every on one armpit and another natural deodorant on the other. Without question, Each & Every was the most effective. It costs a little more than other natural deodorants, but you can’t put a price on your health and peace of mind!
