- PROMOTION PERIOD: The Each & Every giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”) starts on March 21, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. March 22, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

- PROMOTION DRAWINGS/ODDS: On or about March 24, a random selection will be conducted to select 1 winner from among all eligible entries received by the end the Promotion Period. The selection will be conducted by the Sponsor and all decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries by the end the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified via direct message and will need to confirm their eligibility within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the notification. If a potential winner doesn’t respond within twenty-four (24) hours they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries received for the applicable influencer. By entering the promotion you consent to Each & Every using your Instagram handle, including name and profile picture, solely in connection with the promotion.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be contacted via email. If a potential winner does not respond within the twenty-four (24) hour timeframe of the email, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. If necessary, if prize notification is not completed and returned within two (2) days or is returned as undeliverable, an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
- PRIZE: Prizes are non-transferrable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes are unavailable.
